23rd Street (F, M)

This area is like a slightly fancy, slightly quiet version of midtown.

The street vibe right outside the station.

It has big stores like Best Buy and Home Depot, hidden in plain sight within buildings that look like small European nations’ parliaments. It’s almost like there’s a commercial property association in the area declaring that stores can’t just use their regular fonts and marketing; they have to be elevated.

This parliament-looking building is literally a Home Depot.

Other than that, there’s not much happening around here except for big office buildings, and a ghost kitchen, which I suppose would be my food option of choice off this stop. It’s called Wonder.

Last I checked, this isn’t Best Buy’s normal branding scheme.
