Right outside this stop you’ve got big stores like Ulta, Best Buy, Target, H&M and the like. Because it’s the Upper East Side, you also have a lot of bougie, doorman’d apartment high-rises.

If you walk west towards Central Park, you’ll hit the heart of Museum Mile, with The Met a tad south and The Guggenheim a tad north.

One cute gem around here is the Lexington Candy Shop, a 100-year old diner, although to my knowledge they don’t sell candy. For that, you’ll need to visit BonBon next door.
