Sutphin Boulevard (F)

I dub this station: The Muslim and Latina Party Hall Stop. Like, this is where the first- and second-gen immigrants are going for a quinceañera, or Iftar, or a general lunch even if there isn’t a celebration.

This stop also gives you access to the Queens Courthouse on Sutphin, and with it, a multicultural vibe: a 100+ year old Irish pub for a post-courthouse win (or loss), a Starbucks for the lawyers, and cheap Columbian, Mexican, Halal, and Chinese food for everyone.

Let’s Play a Game

In general, there are two vibes off this stop, depending on which street you go down.

Hillside Ave = Bengali, Latinx, Immigrants, Party Halls

Sutphin Blvd = Multicultural, Courthouse
